Thursday, January 24th marked the very first official day of NAMM 2013! Breakfast began with an elegant piece by
DJ Icewater and electro-jazz cellist/composer Dana Leong. Emma Hewitt had an appearance at TC-HELICON. DJ Babychino mixed it up over at Beamz Interactive. MakeMusic was giving away free Finale and Garritan products all day. iZotope invited Dave Pensado for a discussion on his mixing philosophy. Source Audio had a Dubstep Organic Bass Wobble clinic with Pinn Panelle and bassist Nathan Navarro. And, the Anaheim Grand Plaza had been remodeled with
a new stage added featuring many talented musicians. This is only a smidgen of all that went on today as thousands of people from around the world gathered in Anaheim, California. With 3 more days left, the show has just begun!
